The 50 foot hex tile modules will be coupled and assembled into larger aggregates of indeterminate size. Some architectural possibilities are lagoon, dock, airstrip, and canal network. The 'Nautilus' formation is a way to incrementally assemble an aggregate from the casting site by initially hooking new modules up in a string, and rolling them up into a spiral at the end as more are built.
These modules are more than just platforms, they are floating buildings. But each module can support more than 300 tons of additional surface structure, if desired.
